The wandering mind is a thief it stills your thought process, and you dont even see it happen, thats how good the wandering mind is at stealing your awarness!? When you are having aware thoughts you are more focused, whatever the theiving mind IS does not want you to be focused, it somehow wants you to be mindless!. Watch it carefully, when it steals your awareness the thoughts are random, they are useless, and they only bring up bad emotions!. And then when they fade, you dont know where the bad emotion came from!. Only you see that it is there and once you have seen it, your awareness returns!.

It goes outside to smell the roses and have a lie down!. Occasionally it might go clay pigeon shooting or take a course in wine tasting on the side (it's always good to have a back up career)!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
