Question: The child of a dumb mother OR the mother of a dumb child!. Which would you prefer as a leader!?

The mother of a dumb child!. The child may have inherited it's dumb gene from the father!. At least we can hope that is the case!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

all things considered!.!.!. the child of the dumb mother has the greatest potential, the least responsibility, and more life to live!.!.!.that's my preference in this situation!. Hopefully, there is someone else around to help the child!. (IE: extended family, school, counselors, whatever!.) Because regardless of a person's potential, being raised in a vacuum sucks!.
