Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
Define instinct!. How much information does your mind have that you would normally refer to as instinct!?

Your body reacts to stimuli!. How it reacts depends on the situation!. Adrenaline at work is the extreme version of this!. Minor versions usually relate to earlier programming!. Typical of this are the old 'times tables' that we learned at school!. When someone asks us to multiply two smallish numbers we give an almost 'instinctual' response!. No obvious thought is involved with the answer!. We just say it!.

Logic has its place but that niggling in the back of the mind is usually due to previous knowledge that we were not even aware of!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I would probably only use my instinct if i had no map or guidance to tell me otherwise!. Although, i still think our instincts or intuition are important though, especially in time of decisions!. Occasionally, instinct has let me down, but then so have other things too!. I dont think we could develop our instinct more, i think it is something that we just "have" in time of need!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think 'instict' is sub-concious quick thinking about which the person may not be aware of!.e!.g!. I get a phone call to come immediately as someone is terribly sick!.From the sound of the caller, an instict comes that the person may be already dead, which later turns out true!.
In your example, I would follow the map and rule out any other way!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Oh Yes! INSTINTS I have in the past trusted my instincts and they were right, when I did not I usually regreted IT!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Your conscious is to decide what it right!.
Why should I do this!? Why do I want to do this!? What are the consequences!?
(conscious)

Or you can just be impulsive!.
This feels good that feels good this will feel good, I want to feel better, moooore
(impulse)

Your body craves all of the good things and takes what is given (if wanted)
But you have to make a trade!.
Here's something good for the body but I need you to do one thing
Don't think!. There may be a bad consequence but if you really want this, don't think!.

What do you have if there's no mind!?
The body is unreal!. The conscious is real!.

When something unreal takes over something that is, all you have left is a thing moving around without reason!.

What's your reason!?
"want"
Why do you want it!?
"Because it feels good"
Why does it feel good!?
"It just does"
Nothing just does!.
"But it just does"
The body just does, like a robot!.

An orgasm lasts a few seconds and then its over!.
Your mind is thinking of how good it feels but it's only your mind thinking about it!.
You can't feel it, you're just thinking about it!.
And so you do what ever it is you do to orgasm again and then again, you think about how great it feels!.
You think you think you think, you can't feel you just think!.
What lasts is the conscious, what doesn't is the body!.

It is important to stop, reason, and then decide!.
Otherwise you wouldn't be thinking of any consequences!.
And to say you don't care whether the consequence is good or bad would be like saying you don't give a damn about your mind!.
Just your body, something that's unreal!.

the body and the mind are at war against each other, you just have to decide which side you're on!.
The real or the unrealWww@QuestionHome@Com
