Actually, I see your point!. In uncertain times, our feelings can go haywire as we dance around reason rather than "with" it!. We know what is reasonable and logical, but cannot often find harmony with it because of our emotional pain!. That's when "reason" becomes a thorn in our side because it reminds us of our foolishness!. Coming to terms with our own shortcomings is never easy!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I disagree in a bit for stress allows your mind to think negatively!. In anger, it is more of emotion rather than the intelligence!. In fear, it is what you react to the inner or outer stimuli!. Reasons based on the three factors you have mentioned is not the best effective reasoning!. But rather it is the time when your mind is relaxed!. The conditioning of the mind is in the best form to reason out devoid of stress, anger and fear!.

reason allows us to function under these conditions!. yeah, it can stress you out!.!.!. a lot!.!.!. but it is necessary!. normally, stress, other than making you irritable, can make you think about the situation, well, it does for me!. when you are stressed, you have a tendency to try to preserve yourself, which means that you think about the situation, and make adjustments to fix it, whether you are aware of it or not!. personally, reason it what makes me live from day to day!. it is what tells me dont do this, or something bad will happen, and it tells me do this, or something bad will happen!. it has always astounded me that reason is really what is controlling you everyday!. not your wants, but your needs!. reason really is your needs!. if you are starving, your reason tells you to eat!. if you want to go drink under less than desired circumstances, your reason tells you it is a bad idea, but you still have the choice not to listen to it!.!.!. interesting question though!.

this is so true, the more you think about your logical reasons, having the possiblility that you are about to make a right decision just because of facts are really stressing especially if those facts dont confirm with what you really want to get and it wont meet your emotional expectations!.
