when my daughter was 3, she was playing in her room and then suddenly began to cry!. Real full on crying!. When I asked her what was the matter, she began telling me, while still crying, that she missed her mommy!. Now this is my biological child, so this puzzled me!. I told her not to cry, that I'm right here and I'm not going anywhere!. That is when she began to tell me that it wasn't me she missed, it was her "other" mommy!.!.!.the one that died when she was another little girl and that when she died her daddy and little brother had to move far away!. Now!.!.!.I'm getting a bit uncomfortable with what I'm hearing and don't really know what to say!.!.!.remember!.!.this is coming from a 3 year old who has never experienced any traumatic events yet!.!.!.or anything even remotely close to one!. The only tv she watched was Barney and Sillyville videos!. She had a name for her brother, (which no one in our family has) and she was truly, deeply sad and all I could do was hold her and tell her it's okay now, that I'm her mommy now and I'm not going anywhere and we aren't moving!. For months after this she would bring her "other" family up and she would tell me "I'm sorry mommy that I made you sad"!. She's 12 now and has no memories of this other than what I've told her about it!.

Just to note: I'm not religious!.!.!.mostly consider myself agnostic!. We never discussed reincarnation or alternatives like this!. So!.!.!.!.what would that do to your way of thinking!?!?!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

There's no solid way of knowing!. I think that you should not dwell on uncertainty, you have a life of that you can be sure make the most of that!. If you focus on the certainties you will accomplish the most, if you will live again then you will live again, if you won't you won't if nothing else accept both as possibilities and be at peace with them!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Why care!?

Make the most of this life, and live it so you you would be proud if you could look back!.

If you beleive in re-incarnation then living as above would ensure you a better life!? [Ever noticed no-one remembers being an Elephant!? Thought they never forget!?]

Then again, if you beleive in the teachings of Christ you will live again but in a way that the cares of this life would be in the past!.

We dont know the day nor the hour so just make the best out of each day!. If you fall get back up and and make the best out of the time you have left!. That is a good question but hard to answer!. It is all to do with the evolution of the spirit if you have reason to return and you have not completely finished your lessons in this life you may return to matter to carry on this out xxxWww@QuestionHome@Com
