Question: How can people be close minded!?!?
I just don't get why some people must only accept facts (many scientists)!. Some of the greatest minds in history established conclusions I feel are great!. Ancient Philosophers didn't have "science" to back up their conclusions, but it makes sense!. I wish people could open up their minds and look at things from other perspectives!. Almost everything can make sense to Some extent!. Personally I don't like to look for reasons things are wrong, but how they could be seen as right or how they are possible!. I am a problem solver and logical thinker!. I just don't get how people can only view things from only One perspective!. I used to, then realized I would get alot further with personal and broad conclusions towards all aspects of life and living!. Why limit your mind!? Does it give personal satisfaction!? I'm not trying to degenerate close minded people, i'm just trying to understand why people would do this!? Www@QuestionHome@Com

It is all a creed!. I pity them!. It is difficult to change such people who have close minded!.
One should be broad minded!. I mean the outlook should be broad!. Mind has unlimited potential!. Only thing we do not explore or exploit our own treasure house!. Mind has no limitation, restriction or control!. If you give a right direction, if you know how to channelize your resources and if your vision is noble and holy, the destination will be wonderful!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
Close minded people tend to be very insecure and not that sure of themselves!. They don't want to question what they think or believe because they haven't got the intelligence to deal with any sort of contradiction!. Its like with Christians, sometimes it feels like they are always trying to convert other people because by convincing someone else they are convincing themselves!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
It's like they've built their castle in the sand and are reluctant to see it isn't on solid ground, all of which means change can be threatening!. Besides, it might take a lot of effort on their part to think in new ways!. They'd have to rearrange their mental furniture and maybe decide what needs to be fixed or just thrown out as outdated!. That takes courage!
Isn't it just easier to drive down the same, familiar road and not worry about any unusual bumps in the road!. I guess it comes down to "habit" and we get used to doing things one way!. Change would upset the applecart!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
