Yes, after years of exposure to the same concepts, principles, truths, laws or rules whether scientific, technical or general!. Esp if one comes across them so frequently in conversations, books, magazines and the daily papers; so without a doubt they are 'universals'and one cannot argue against them!. That's the mark of any civilized society!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Who is to say if something is universal!?

In my opinion, even if the brain of every human who has existed, does exist, or will exist recognizes something as "Universal" it isn't!.

It will still be a localized phenomenon of the HUMAN brain!.
