The pursuit of justice is guaranteed by the Constitution, or by whatever form of democracy you live under!.

But no such thing as justice can be guaranteed as the outcome!. Juries often find the guilty "not guilty!." Sometimes the perpetrator is not known!. Sometimes there is no way to right a wrong, even when the perpetrator is sentenced to prison or to death!. How does one get justice for the death of one's mother or wife or the loss of a business because of libel and slander!?

Nothing in life is guaranteed!. Sometimes the only justice is knowing that you know right from wrong and that you do whatever you can to prevent injustice to others, as Adam Walsh (as one example) is doing!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

In my opinion, Justice is a human concept!. Therefore, only found in the mundane world!. Its basis is truly in revenge/payback, and that is not a loving emotion!. It is not applicable in the true plane of our existence!. For most of us, it is not possible to fully understand the basis of what may seem "unjust" in our "lives" on this plane!. It is more truly "Just" for ALL OF US, to LOVE without boundaries and FORGIVE without malice, in this way we can all GIVE balance, peace, beauty, tranquility and 'heaven" to ourselves as well as those we share this life experience with!. Add the Law Of Attraction (think contagious)!.!.!.!.!. And what results from this is an altogether a more pleasant (JUST) experience for ourselves and others AND the indigenous inhabitants, as well as future life travelers of this plane!.!.!.!. and that is the closest to Justice (the human concept) for All, that I can relate to your question!.

What kind of justice are you looking for!? If someone did something illegal to you, why can't you seek redress in the court!?
Justice is combined with mercy, which makes it a greater concept than law!. Law without justice is simply tyranny!.
