From observations i can say "YES"!.Its true!.Because,we think a lot for whatever we wish or for what we are afraid off!.If we start thinking always our cautious mind as well as subcautious mind will also follow the same direction what we have choosen!.Scientifically human uses his brain till few % !.If the human being concentrates on something with devotion, dedication, determination etc!.!.!.(uses more than certain %) then obviously the same human being will do all those things whatever he thinks for himself/herself!.If he thinks good then he does good things for himself/herself else the same human being does the bad things for himself/herself if he/she thinks in -ve direction!.
we are the one who makes our life good or bad by our thinking!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

yes, what we focus on most is what we get in life!. We don't see the filters, the subconscious blocks we have so it isn't always as clear for us to see!. Sometimes we think something & it happens quickly & that means we were real clear about that!.!.!.I live in a country where we are having an election this year & one candidate always thinks about war & the other thinks about helping people live better so it is interesting to see how the people who have fear of terrorists will vote for the war guy & have not clue as to how unhealthy this is & how it brings about what they are most afraid of so it is a very interesting time!.!.!.The people who want the peace guy are so laid back that they can lose just by not caring!. I hope they stay focused by I am so peaceful myself I get to that point of wanted to focus on other things!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

In general, I think not, though there are people to whom one or the other (or even both!) might happen!.

I sometimes suspect that one might be best advised most to fear that what one wishes for will come true!. (We're not really all that wise in choosing our wishes!.)

It might be a good assumption for writing fiction, however--and such stories might serve as examples of the dangers of wishes coming true!.

I believe that you get what you think about the most in life!. Rich get richer, poor get poorer!. If you constantly are obsessing about what is best in your life, you'll get more of it!. Likewise for the opposite!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Dante in Canto III of the Inferno identifies this as a besetting mindset of those condemned to hell!. Fears being realized is also in queer theory a sign of repressed homosexual desires!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

False!.
I wish I could share my umbrella with Hayden Panettiere!. That's not going to happen!.

I fear I will run out of money!. That has a good chance of happening!.
