It makes me think that your point is:
if you were to post a question; why is it that a lot of
people assume that your question in itself is a statement!?

I!.E!. When you ask, "have you ever thrown a rock and
broken the windows of someone's vehicle!?" and they
post an answer saying, "no, I don't do anything like that and you ought
to be ashamed of yourself for doing such a thing, you jerk!" this
would indicate that the answerer assumed that the asker's question
was an actual statement when it's honestly isn't such!.

I get that a lot!.!.people assume that my questions somehow make
a statement as to my frame of mind or passions of the heart!. They
can't seem to distinguish between the 2!.

A question becomes a statement when a person asks, " do you like
dining out too!? or dining out as much as I do!?" I'ts a statement now because personalized details were added to let someone know that
I do like dining out!.

I think your question was a clever way of making a statement
and letting everyone know that a question is just a question!.!.
and to stop freaking out over a mere inquisition!.
