For the past nights i've been using the phone before bed and I notice I have this one specific dream where I appear to be on the phone (and I mean this dream just comes up out of nowhere during the night!. Sometimes I don't dream at all before i dream about this) and I'm saying things like 'goodbye' and trying to actually get off the phone before, in the dream, I fall asleep!. The concern for telephone conversation occupies your rest period!. Consult "Sleep Hygiene" information to resolve the issues which preclude restful high quality sleep!. Until decisions are made to handle concerns the human mind maintains a front burner cooking environment!.
