i personally would not marry a woman that I had not had sex with so why would i be worried if they were still a virginWww@QuestionHome@Com

Since you posted this in philosophy, I will answer you that way!.
Knowing how to spell correctly is a virtue for unmarried girls, because I don't know what "verginity" is and neither would a man!. However, virginity is a virtue because you know your partner is pure and without disease!. It is a gift you give, whether you be a man or a woman, when you give your virginity to someone!. It would make a nice gift for your husband or wife on your wedding night!. Actually, if you look at history, women are taught (and men as well) to be good lovers before they are married so that they may please their mate!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

In India most of the brides (say 80% and above) are virgins at marriage!. It is presumed that equal number of men tooo!.

In most ancient traditional societies virginity is associated with sacredness!. marriage of girls who lost virginity even in a violence like rape is difficult!.

Many girls of such societies gives value for their virginity with their life!.

This is the main reason that diseases like AIDS and other STDs are not spreading rapidly in traditional India!.

verginity/vertue/sacredness all are same and is must for agirl or a boy!.it is still very much considered in hindu society!.a debachelor,a girl wholost verginity even by a rape are not considered worthy for marriage!.the custom is very good for prevention of certain deseases aids, std etc!.!.verginity is not only for un married ones it is equally imp for married ones too!.!.!.!.a wife is better half of her man!.does he wish to change it frequently even in 2008!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It depends on the guy!. Some care (especially if they're religious), some don't, some would *prefer* someone with a little experience!.

Personally, I agree with several of the others: I wouldn't (and didn't) marry a guy I hadn't been with long enough to be sleeping with!. Sexual compatibility is important, and I would definitely rather know BEFORE pledging my life to someone if we weren't compatible!. If he has a problem with that, then obviously he is not for me, though fortunately my husband didn't!.

That said, there's still enough of a double standard that most guys don't seem to want someone who's been around the block, as they say, but that's just common sense!. Who knows what diseases she (or he! same rule should apply to guys, too) picked up in the process!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well think about it, if the man that you ahd to spend your entire life with

Had his pen15 in another woman wouldn't that kinda bother you!?!?

It would bother me, so teh same thing around because men you no they like to feel more dominant!.

And i think you should save yourself for marriage its way more worth it!.

Alot of people say that and it might sound cheesy, but tis TRUE!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

i wouldnt think so,, if you are sleeping with someone then you learn some tricks and for the most part i dont think your partner would mind!. anyhow havent you ever seen sex and the city where charlotte marries that one guy that cant get it up and that happend because she chose not to have sex before her wedding!.!.!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

It is all a matter of personal preference and opinion!.

I have been in a situation where I adored everything about a guy, and he just totally sucked in bed!. I even tried to 'coach" him!.We just didn't mesh on the sexual level!.

They have that saying, "Why buy the cow, when you can get the mil for free!?"
Well, my come back is, "Why buy a cow when you don't know if the milk is no good or spoiled!!?"

I say if you are comfortable with doing it, try the milk out!! Make sure that Sh*t is good!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Yes, usually, but it depends on the person!. Too many men and women have STD's now!. Virginity for both is a good thing!. It is a desired virtue, but not always possible!. So that is why it is important to use protection!.

Be careful!.

You mean virginity!.

If the man is going to base the relationship on that, it's doomed!. Do people honestly expect other people to be a virgin until they meet them!? What is done before they are with them shouldn't matter, if he can't handle that - bye bye!Www@QuestionHome@Com

The man who never had any sex before marriage can rightfully want to marry a truly virgin girl!.!.!.!.!.!.!. such men may be few and far between now a days, but they are there and do certainly want their brides to be a virgin!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It would depend on the girl herself !.Who says sex is a bad thing, Who ever thought that a girl had to be held at a different standard then a guy!?Do what feels right for yourself and let life lead you where it goes!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

it obviously depends on the guy and his morals!. most people won't think any less of you if you're not a virgin and it won't matter to any guy who really loves you!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

Its not really a virtue!. Its really just a novelty like a diamond on a ring!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
