Question: What is more annoying!.!.!.!.
Someone who goes on and on and say I dont get it, I dont understand, its too hard!.!.!.!.
or
Someone who says its easy and gets on with it!.
The reason I ask is because at school and college and uni it was seen as kind of cool to 'not get it' and to be 'confused by big words' and everyone would have a good moan about it and yet nobody said anything like 'ow just suck it up' or 'just read the question' or just THINK!.
But if someone said 'its easy' and just got on with it then that is seen negative behaviour!.
Is this due to people feeling threatend by 'intellegence' or feeling threatend by someone going outside the norm of the group!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. and which is more annoying to you!? - the idea that someone could be penalized for being independant or for being smart enough to think!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

First group!. Sometimes you have to trick your brain and say its easy just so you can get through something and get it over with!. I'd rather do that than stay in college forever!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

You really found that at uni even!? I find that by then people are trying to use as many big words as possible that they don't even understand properly to try sounding smart!.
But as for the question, i think it's worse when someone says "it's easy" when they've been asked for help!. It's like they're trying to demean anybody who's "too stupid" to get something to gratify their own egos!. That doesn't help anybody!. When someone goes on and on about how impossibly hard something is, it's often because they've been discouraged by bad teaching and stuff!. But yeah, when they're just being intentionally dense that's very annoying too!.
Ok they're both equally annoying, but i guess in a class people who constantly complain about how hard it is takes up all the teacher's time so they're more disruptive!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
Since one of my pet peeves is stupid people (as in, people who are stupid because they don't want to try not to be), I would say the first choice is the most annoying!.
IMO, a lot of people who use the term "suck it up" are either full of themselves or think they're better than they are or both!. Those kinds of people are also annoying, but there is something to be said for go-getter's!. Where would we be without go-getter's!?
Honestly, it's disappointing to hear that it's considered cool at college when you act dumb!. I think it would be due to feeling threatened by someone going outside the norm of the group, as you put it!. Too many "followers"!. I don't like people who just go along with things without thinking about it and making a solid, independent choice to better themselves!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
