Since we are talking philosophically, let me answer this with a few possibilities for further discussion:
1!. Is it possible that the entire human race is "crazy" in the sense that violent and other negative things are done deliberately by individuals, usually without any reason that helps the species!. Example: murder, rape, torture!.!.!.!.!.
2!. Is it possible that we are in hell now!? Many of the descriptions of hell which are found in scriptures are experienced by individuals on earth!.
3!. Is it possible you did not take your medicine today and are hallucinating!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

I suspect that we all go a little crazy from time to time, but if you truly are ALWAYS crazy, then you wouldn't necessarily know it!.!.!.!.because you're crazy afterall!. So a good visit to a qualified psychologist would be helpful!. Psychiatrists will only prescribe stuff!. When you go to the hospital or police they will want to know if you're a danger to yourself or others!. If you are, then that would be a good reason to dawn you with a new outfit and place to live!. Ask people you are with if they heard the same things you did or if they are with the same people that you are seeing come and go from the room!. Just keep going with that!. You can do it all day and then make them crazy too!. Then you won't only be crazy, but you will also be autistic and as a bonus you will not only be crazy but annoying!. If you are annoying you can have your privacy being a crazy homeless person!. Since non-annoying crazy homeless people and bag ladies are just funny and that's why they're so popular (How else do they get free beer!?)!.

I can't really answer that question honestly, because I'm not crazy!. But I have people in my family who can be considered "clinically insane"!. For the most part, people who are "crazy" are very delusional; they're mentally unstable, and very unpredictable!. They feel as though everyone in the world is against them, and that the world will end really soon!. So if you think the guy sitting next to you on the bus is plotting a conspiracy with the CIA to take your rent money, and throw you in holding cell at the center of the earth, then you might be crazy!. If you and Mickey Mouse hold regular conversations in regards to Global Warming and the War in Iraqi, then you might be crazy!. If you wear jeans with the @$$ cut out, then you might be crazy!. This is a story about a girl!.
While at the funeral of her own mother, she met a guy whom she did not know!. She thought this guy was amazing, so much the dream guy that she was searching for that she fell in love with him immediately!.
However, she never asked for his name or number and afterward could not find anyone who knew who he was!.

As long is you are not doing completely outlandish, meaing not hurting anyone physically, not being a disturbance in a public place, do not have habits that put your own physical health in grave danger, then no matter what kind of IDEAS you have about the society or the world , you are not crazy!. 2!. You could do crazy things that are wild wacky or just plain foolish
