because the earth is rotating, and the solar system turning in a balanced cycle!. in order for that to change something extremely significant would need to occur!. something like a huge asteroid coming and hitting the earth, or possibly some other planet, or maybe come into orbit exactly in sync with earth so that it continuously blocks out the sun in a solar eclipse!.

basically anything significant enough to cause the sun not to rise tomorrow would be, today, very obvious to astronomers and scientist observing the solar system, and in most cases even to your average person without any equipment whatsoever!.

nobody has made any such observations, so i am sure the sun will rise tomorrow!.

but i'm not sure it will rise next year, and the farther you go into the future the less sure i am, and then if you go far enough the ods start going the other way where it starts becoming more and more likely the sun will not rise, for the aforementioned reasons and also i think the mere fact we are in orbit, the pull of the moon and sun cause our rotation to slow down, as happened with earth and the moon and now we only see one side of the moon, and one day only one side of the earth will see the sun!. the sun will one day die, taking the earth with it eventually but whatever!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you're talking about it science wise, it's because we rotate and circle the sun at the same time, making it rise in the morning!.

If you're talking like, faith and God wise!. We don't know that the sun will rise tomorrow, and we don't know if we'll live through the night either!. It's just having faith in God that he will let the Sun come up and humans will have another day on Earth!. It's not that people 'think' the sun will rise, it's that we believe it will rise!.
