His views are completely correct, all of the time!. The person speaks for the sake of hearing himself talk!. When he deigns to let the other person get a couple words into the conversation (!?), they should be about him!. If not, he will steer it back to him, and his opinions!.

If a miracle happens (hallelujah!!), and the other person is able to state her own opinion, he will refute everything that is said or just disregard it all as complete rubbish!.There's no getting him to even agree that you make a few good points, or any agreeing to disagree!. Remember - he's the authority on everything!.!.!. a god, if you will!.

His family, race, religion, etc is the only thing that is correct!. Everything else is an abomination or otherwise against his principles (does he actually have any!?!?)!. He will not even consider understanding where the other person's views are coming from!. If someone dares to suggest he's wrong, partly or wholly, he'll take it as a personal affront!. He holds grudges for life; there's no use trying to reconcile (if you even want to after he's through giving you a piece of his mind)!.

also, the important things in life are: making money, spending money, telling others about how much you spent (and getting them to see how much you can afford), making important/powerful connections, name-dropping about those connections, using complaining as a means of bragging!.!.!.!. Your typical middle-class, suburban life is considered "something to overcome" and "growing up in a ghetto"!.

My mind is flooded with images of the multitude of pompous, bombastic, and other self-inflated orators, politicos, pundits, and let-me-tell-you-how-to-better-your-life gurus and demi-gods that populate the popular landscape today -from Rush Lindblowhard to Dick Bunkerman Chaney !.!.!. from the anachronistic professor of Psych 101 to the Sunday preacher from the Church of the Living Dead !.!.!. from the indefatigable and infantile prattle and posturing of Paris Hilton to the sublime stupidity of Tyra Banks !.!.!.!.

However, the largest and (no pun intended) grandest collection of childish grandiloquence can be found inside the Capitol Beltway within the multi-tiered, domed Capitol building where our 535 elected officials meet to discuss their grand dreams and schemes!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
