Putting other people down seems to work on SOme people!. but it sure PISSES others off~!!! (I dont recrmend it, stay away from this unless, ofcorse, you want to be the sluty smoker type who will do anything to make you cool!.)

It depends what the goal is as to what you need to do to get it!.
If you want your dream job you have to get the qualifications and experience etc!.
