Procrastinate means to defer action,so obviously there are may times when this would be a very good thing! But if you defer action when you know you should be doing something, and are avoiding doing it because of fear or maybe laziness then this would not be a positive thing!.Only you know whether it is best to wait or best to do!.This is often obvious and sometimes not so obvious!.So to answer your question procrastination can be both good and not so good!
Good luck!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Good when it can save you money but bad when it can cost you!. For example, a seat on a flight somewhere, you procrastinate and you miss out!.

Because procrastinating means you're thinking!. Rather than wasting time doing something that's wrong, you're thinking about the pros and cons!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
