I am not quite sure about the title of the question, but since I have taken philosophy based classes I will consider myself a philosopher!.
You must leave that neighborhood or town as they are because it really is not your business to pass judgement on a community's style of living!. If the group is keeping to themselves pretty much they should be left alone!. if they are getting their "food" from other areas that do not practice their rituals(say a city near by) than it may be appropriate to step in and contain the group of people but if they are not harming people outside of their own group then leave them aloneWww@QuestionHome@Com

You would be in danger being near them!. They need human flesh to satisfy their appetites, and they are not going to kill anyone within their group!. They will look to outsiders for flesh and if you are near, you will be eaten!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
