Love without logic or reason is infatuation or ardour!. Rule of thumb, if you are unable to list ten points or reasons for being enamoured with another then it is ardour!.

Spiritual attraction is all well and good and may last the distance, for longevity however there needs to be an understanding of why, why you love, what precisely is it about the object of your desire that compels your ardency so !.!.!.

In taking time to contemplate the situation and person you will avoid unnecessary regret with hindsight!.

On the contary, my mind became all but obsolete!. The mistake is allowing the mind to understand and decide about love !. It just barges in, we do not even have to bring it in!. And it makes a whole mess, interfering in matters where it is totally incompetent!. We are so used to applying the mind in everything that it takes it for granted that it may come in, like a colleague at work not having to knock to enter 'his' office!. I have since written a sign at the entrance to my heart: all, but Prof!.Mind, are welcome!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
