Question: Why is everyone saying that the world is going to end in 2012!!!!?!?!?!? That's BS!!!!?

2012!!? I'll be 22 years old in 2012! I'm 18 years old now, i'm just starting to begin college, i havent even had my 1st boyfriend yet, 1st kiss, 1st time having sex, 22 is way too dam young to die! People are talking a lot of ****, and they actually believe in it!. I mean if people strongly believed that the world was gonna end, wouldn't they like, stop their jobs, travel, blow all their money away on whatever, or whomever, curse out everyone they hate, rob a bank just the adrenaline rush, speed on an open highway with a stolen ferrari, and basically do all the things that you've wanted to do, all of the things that everyones been telling you not to do!.

it's complicated but it has to do with mayas and crystal skulls!. so there are reasons why people believe it, but they're not really that good in my opinion!.

i don't know what exactly i would do in my last month!. it would partially depend on whether it's just me or everyone!. probably i would spend the first day loosely planning the rest of the month!. i'm not really the planning type, more the seat of my pants type, but still!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

that's what Nostradamus predicted, according to the History channel!. Frankly, all that stuff was written so long ago, has been transcribed and re-transcribed by different people!. the world was supposed to end a few time already, but it hasnt!. everyone was scared about Y2K, and as far as I know nothing has happened with that either!. The main reason is the Mayan Book of the dead, which forecasted that the world would end in 2012, this is of course stupid and irrational!. I would not be concerned with this and neither should you until you actually hear a logically reason for the world ending in 2012!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The human race has been raving about the end of the world since their consciousnesses were formed and they realized they were all going to die someday!. In some ways, I find their many, many tales and prophecies as their selfish and singular ways of taking the entire world down with them -- even if it is by inflicting mass panic among future generations!.

Some people even DO things to try and make these prophecies come true! That's called "self-fulfilled prophecy" and it stems from subconscious programming attuned to some irrational belief that nothing will get better until someone's shamanistic prophecy or dream actually comes to pass!

In all reality, it ends when it ends!. I am not afraid of it whatsoever!. Why!? All things in nature have their time and we are so minute and insignificant that we couldn't possibly calculate the immense probabilities and variability (or chaos) of the universe to know the exact date, no matter what our overly-active imaginations and subconsciousness tell us!. All things are conceivable in the human mind, but not all things conceived are truly possible!. Believing that all things are possible is the bridge to insanity!.
