I wish people would try to change prophesies of endtimes, but the longer time runs some people seem bent on full-filling it so what good is it to full-fill a prophesy that ends with all of us dead!? December 12, 2012 we'er all suposed to be dead several cultures have close to the same prophesy, but no one seems to be taking steps to stop it, Why not!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: PROPHESIES ARE CHANGEABLE! Prophesies are guidelines!. They are how things will turn out if things continue the way they are!. Prophesies HAVE changed!. Take Revelations for example and Christ's own words!. They say these things would happen in a short period of time!. They didn't!. The people weren't ready for things to happen that way!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Prophecy are not changable!. Otherwise they wouldn't be a prophecy!. A prophecy is set fourth by a devine being: therefore its unchangeable!. In its strict sense, it means the foreknowledge of future event which cannot be known by the natural light of reason!. This is only considered to be prophecy by some not all cultures/religions!. BTW its spelled prophecy!. I think people are trying to change!. I think it's unfortunate that you do not see the changes going on!. Perhaps you should open your eyes a little wider and see the wonderful things people are doing in the world!.!.!.!.!.for change!. God never wants a harsh prediction to come true, He'd always rather people turned away from doing evil, so He could bless them!. If you read the New Testament you will find out that ONLY GOD THE FATHER knows when the literal end of the Earth will happen!. The 12, 12, 2012 prophecy is like hundreds of others that have predicted the end and have passed by into obscurity!. The Bible is very clear that ONLY God knows, no man has the insight and many so-called prophets have bitten the dust over bogus predictions of the purported end of the world!. They did mend their ways, so God didn't destroy them as he'd told Jonah to prophecy!. So, according to that scenario, prophecy is more of a warning than a sure thing!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Prophecies exist to sell books and make people think that something is going to happen!. It is the choices people make that determine whether or not a prophecy is fulfilled!.
