Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: i googled and visited several resulting sites aand discovered following: murder rate per capita - #1 colombia, #2 south africa, #3 jamaica!. us came in at 24 and uk at 46!. i'd have to look a lot further to id the why!. i don't like making assumptions as people who quickly id america with highest rate have done!. the world and people in it are far more complex than the media portray!.Www@QuestionHome@Com The country with more resources will have the highest murder rate!.
