Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: It means I can say whatever I want (as long as it doesn't cause someone harm or potentially harm someone) and nobody can punish me for it!. In my experience, it barely exists!. I have been punished for saying what I have thought countless times and people have been threatened if they choose to speak their mind!. It is important, but I think we have lost the freedom of it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Freedom of expression and speech implies the responsibility to utilize the same so as to present the truth, accurate facts that are reliable, verifiable, quantifiable and objective, in a wise and beneficial manner that will be so for all others while doing no harm to others!. Freedom and responsibilities are the yin/yang of the political social order!. Without both, the system becomes too easily corrupt and harms many while rewarding (materially) only a few!.
