This means the very elements that make up "Matter" every Atom, proton, neutron and electron are in His hands ( control) He is the Creator!. Imagine, with a word He could speak and it could stay together or all fall apart!. In this same way he can speak and heal any part of a persons DNA, or raise the dead, or take a life!.
