Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: this was such a wacky question it made me think - I used to be a plasterer in a workers co-op and was once plastering a ceiling along with a young guy we were both on a rickety home-built scaffold and both reached out at the same time right arms fully outstretched in hte same direction and tipped up the scaffold plank we both fell together!. So not technically "on the ceiling' but whilst "on' the ceilign!. Another time I turned round at the top of a ladder and absent-mindedly went to trot down the steps without looking, but they weren't there and again splatted on the floor,(think that was falling on a wall though)!. being a clumsy builder is the pits!.Www@QuestionHome@Com My dad fell THROUGH a ceiling once--but stopped himself in the process!. He was getting some Christmas presents of mine that were stashed in the back of our attic (I was in my bedroom)!. Well, he mis-stepped, lost his balance, and fell through some of the insulation stuff!.!.!.!.and almost right into our living room!. You could see my dad clinging onto the wooden beam from down below!. Oh yeah, a huge box of lights were destroyed in the process as they came through the ceiling too!.
