a "mask" is a conceal for many things!.!.we have to be able to look past the mask to find what really lurks beneath
(& that's where the good stuff usually resides ! )

it's also worked the other way around!.!.where i have met truly genuine sincerity & kindness under a mask of meanness & wickedness!.!.

you have to be able to strip the mask away & figure out if the internal matches up with the external

Yes, in people who hate themselves!. They are good people but they don't love themselves and therefore hate others!. Every human being is good despite their flaws!. Its a certain sign of insecurity!. I am like this!. We just need to accept our insecurities
