That is a very subjective question to ask a group of people!. Some would say yes, others would say no!.

In reality, none of us are really good at predicting what will make us happy (1)!.

Sure you can say winning the lotto tomorrow will make you happy, but there is empirical evidence which proves otherwise (2)(3)!. The same principle can be applied to sex!.

Truly knowing what will make us happy is as elusive as finding meaning in our life!. We often won't know what will give us meaning until we have found it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

i personally don't feel it is, sex is just one component to happiness! happiness, true happiness is different for each and every unique individual, however most, such as i will endeavor for the rest of my life to find the only one that will make me cherish my life more than ever! To me, true happiness will be true and lasting love!
sex is just that sex, exciting in it's self, however just as empty without love!

Sex, after all, is a trigger for the release of endorphins - the chemicals produced in our brain to counteract pain and stress!. For this reason, the term "endorphins" actually means endogenous morphine; endorphins are our body's very own narcotic!

Just like morphine, not only can endorphins relieve pain and stress!. They are also associated with feelings of euphoria which, as we know, is also known by another name: happiness!.

The sex drive is one of the greatest drives in the world!. Frequently i ttakes precedence over other emotions!. However, there are other forms of happiness which is not only centered on sex!. It is actually a personal thing!.

That depends, I mean sex is the ultimate between partners, its the expression of all your being so maybe for some people this is happiness personified!.
