Question: How i can adopt positive thinking in my life!? i remain in frustation and anger all the time,PHILOSOPHER ADVICE
please advice me,if some one talk me in ruff language,i think about that person day and night and burn my blood!.how i can adopt positive thinking in my life,does holy yoga of india will help me,to became positive

No!.1) Don't you think that's !.!.!."a bit"!.!.!.-OVERBEARING- or!.!.even arrogant to "name" yourself!.!.!.!."I'm god, worship me"!?!?!? With such an attitude!.!.!.!.you are on the WRONG track, baby!!! I'm always!.!.!."brutally honest" & with such a proclamation !.!.!.you will NEVER reach any type of "positive" thinking, if you think!.!.!."you're god's gift to women" or alike!.!.!.
No!.2) You have to become much more!.!.!.-HUMBLE- my dear!!! With the present attitude, you can't achieve any pos!. thought!!!
No!.3) Be satisfied & content with what you have (on a material level) & work on your personality whereby you help "others", who are in need of!.!.!."Whatever"!.!.!. That in return brings happiness into your heart automatically!!!
There are quite helpful books by: Norman Vincent Peale - his bestseller:"The power of positive thinking" is just "one of a series of great books" he wrote!.!.!.!.This particular b ook is very easy written & gives you ALL the Information you need to get on the "RIGHT TRACK" !!!

I am a beginner and a novice myself!. I too struggle with my thoughts that most of the time they are like the smoke rising slowly from some burning colony of snails!. If I am lucky once a while then I get in the way of the wind of thoughts to help breathe, clear my mind, and see things afresh, a little better than perhaps ever before!. But for you, and for the goodly purpose of your question, I am the guru that you need, I am the one who has been there, and is probably still there, who is serene and sits by the side of a pristine lake of knowledge where fleece-like clouds gently glide across the vast blue skies above, where in the sunshine of hope strange birds that fear me not come and sing to me magical songs, then anthems of the lands of the free!. For you, and for the goodly purpose of your question, I am the philosopher, the thinker, the healer, and this is what I have to say to you:

Think and know that you are not the thought, feel and know that your are not the feeling, act and know that your are not the act, but you are the consequence of them all, your are in the beginning and in the end of all you think, of all you do and of all you feel, and yet you are neither the beginning and nor the end of all that is you, then know that all your thoughts, all your acts and all your feeling immense and deep will eventually end in you, where they were firstly born!.
