Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: no, the person that first committed suicide isn't the reason the second committed suicide!. instead, it was the second person's flawed judgment that lead him to kill himself!. Although the first person may have contributed, he is not directly the cause!. Should he be accountable for the others suicide because his action inevitably lead to the others suicide!? NO!. If we were all fully accountable to each other, it would necessarily imply that we do not have freedom to live our own lives and must always be confined by the judgment of others!. Social life is a compromise and we are ultimately only PARTIALLY accountable to others!. If someone wanted to commit suicide, there is nothing to which he has more of an indelible right than to his own life, no matter what people's judgment of the action may be!. If you left your gf/bf and he/she killed him/herself, is it your fault!? No!.
