Only in this sense: if you take a tiger and you lock him up in a cage, and you abuse him and mistreat him and starve him and so forth, and then you open the cage and let him out, what's going to happen!?

When people's natural impulses are squelched and denied from the day they are born, when they are never given enough love, when they are put in unnatural, polluted environments and given unhealthy food and forced into ways of life that are injurious to their spirits, then if they are given freedom, more than likely they are going to act out rebellion and raise hell and sin!.
