Why!? Good damn question!. I don' t know!.
I'll throw a theory out there though!.
Because I feel no one fully understands me!. In not being understood it's quite lonely!. It doesn't matter if you're surrounded by a million people who love you, they're all hugging you, and you know they love you, you still feel completely alone!.
Here lately I have met one person who understands me better than any other I've met!. It's quite amazing how it makes you feel, to be understood, to not feel like a f*cking freak of nature, it's comforting!. The loneliness fades a bit!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I might feel lonely in a crowd if I felt like I was among those I was not familiar with!. However, to think a room was too populated when I was alone seems to imply that I'd have multiple personality disorder (I don't, but one or two of my friends might have exhibited that kind of behavior on occasion)!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I've been always best friend to myself, I think because I've had really difficult life and most of my friends betrayed me and I'm almost never alone!. also, I've experienced that feeling of being alone in the crowd with those same fake friends of mine!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
