Question: Do you perfer dreaming or being awake!? reality or fiction!?

Well, many years ago, I used to have really bad nightmares, it was such that I ended up learning a little bit about lucid dreaming!.

While I certainly haven't mastered the "art" so to speak, many books speak of the wonders of total mastery, I do "have some tricks" that I do in my dreams!.

I have developed a couple of mental "spaces" where I will go, for instance I have created a recurring Zen garden which I go to from time to time, with big rock monoliths, and good sized green moss covered brook/smooth rock feature!.

So if I'm having a bad dream I can wake myself up before something traumatic occurs!. I oftentimes can change the theme of a dream to something calming or restive!.

Otherwise, I don't really interfere with my dreams too much, since I think they are interesting and many times very informative!.

In my waking life, I also understand that alot of what passes in life has to do with some of the same issues I used to have in my dreams, so I think that as I've developed more control over various aspects of my life, I'm much happier in many respects!. Instead of being a control freak about many issues, I've taken to the idea that there are things I can do something about!.!.!.and then there's everything else!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I like reality better cuz wen gud things happen in real life u know it really happen but in dreams u wake up nd jus remember it even sumtimes u 4get it,even sumtimes u would wish dat ur dream could had been real but it really isnt!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
