I honestly seem not to get this question clearly but its an interesting one!.

If he ordered you, to when ever he goes on a crusade against Arab Empire, meaning hes trying to put a message about this belt across, but needs some demonstration , which is through you!. Am i on the wright truck or am i loosing it!?

Anyway, i know the use of the belt but have not seen it physically!. He's orders prove that the communication between him and the wife is poor!.
He should enlighten her on his interest and hear her part of the story /view even if its for illustration or lack of trust!.

To answer your question,
i would try to seek to understand the reason why he wants me to and then try to give my view, but if time is short it means i have no choice and therefore will have too but promise to work on it later!.
