Question: What i should practice in Morning, MARTIAL ART WUSHU or YOGA!?i am in great confusion,i am a PHILOSOPHY student
i am very thin and suffring from negative thinking also,my blood burn all the time
i had taken admission in philosophy honors 1 year,my session will start from 15 july

i had 2 hours free in morning,i am in confusion what i should practice in morning martial art wushu or yoga,what will be more beneficial for me and how,yoga classes are free of cost,wushu classes will take 300 rs per month,advice me please

1!. Get up early in the morning, with the sun!.
2!. Take a shower, and go for a long walk, say half an hour, in a park, or if there is not one near you, around the blocks!. Quick brisk walk will wake you up and warm u up!.
3!. Yoga in the morning is the best way to start the day!. It keeps you energized for the whole day, and puts you in a calm state of mind, which help you deal with any problems, calmly!.
4!. Get a good (by that I mean healthy not heavy) breakfast in you, like milk and cereals, or oatmeals!. A stomach that is full in the morning will keep your consentration on work at hand instead of "when will it be lunch time" idea!.
5 Make sure you take a light lunch (I mean no heavy creamy stuff, sandwiches, salad, fruit, that sort of thing only), and take at least a 10 min cat nap, Put a alarm so that you don't go to sleep altogather!. or else, so some light streches and work out the kinks!.
6!. You can take the Karate or the wushu classes in the evening if you still want it!. But if you are just looking to relax and stop buring needless energy, then just stick to yoga, walk and a little light exercise!. Maybe join some swimming classes or badminton, tennis kind of thing, Fun to do and with a friend, will motivate you further!.
7!. An extra for me, whould be find sometime, in the eveings or weekends just for yourself, and do what you enjoy most, that could be 1 hour of reading, riding, surfing!. I usually spend 2 - 3 hours, painting or reading, and do not like to be disturbed as I even turn off my mobile and telephones!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

why not mix the two and practice Tai Chi Chuan - the meditative martial art!. Morning time is the perfect time to practice it!.
