A wise person is necessarily intelligent; for wisdom, or living well, requires intelligence!. But, such is not the case with the intelligent man, since the intelligent man, often being 'cultured', well-read, with good degrees can still be a drunk and a money waster!. He can do rash, horrible things to others!. For example, many serial killers have been said to be, like Ted Bundy, extremely intelligent!. But clearly we would not say they were wise!. We therefore see the difference between the two type of men!. An intelligent man may have knowledge in specific areas of life but lack the ability to live well, which requires wisdom!. But, with wisdom comes intelligence, and a wise person is a virtuous person and therefore acts virtuously!. But, he who can act virtuously and be intelligent is better than the one who is only intelligent and lacking in a life well lived!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Wisdom and intelligence each have their own value and place!. I'd rather have an intelligent person if I am dealing with something new!. The intelligent person will be able to "figure it out" quickly because of their intelligence!. i think a wise man for the simple fact that being wise is more deep in thought as far as life, and life is something that if you don't know about you won't make it!. but then to be wise you must be intelligent in one way or another!. there are two sides to that answer!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Wisdom means you are good at figuring out what things SHOULD be done, or not done!.

I would have to choose wise!. Anyone can be intelligent!.!.if you study hard enough!. But to be wise indicates interpreted experience with future application!.
