My views are fairly cynical!. We are a society always striving to improve, make the next break through, advancements, etc!.; yet, through all of this we have somehow along the way lost our way!. We have become a society overpowered by immediate gratification and moral values that must bend to meet our needs!. We have also learned to live next to our neighbors instead of with them!. I think our demise will come by way of our advanced technology unless by some miraculous event we quickly wisen up and come together as a whole!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Yeah, good question!. Einstein said he didn't know what weapons would be used to fight World War 3--but World War 4 would be fought with sticks and stones!.

I think there is bound to be some sort of nuclear explosion in the (relatively) near future!. How the world reacts to this will be important!. Will it cause a further arming of the world, or will it spark a disarming of at least the most powerful of nuclear weapons!?

It also seems important for mankind to get into space--at least to the moon and Mars!.!.!.to be independent of planet Earth--though this is not going to happen soon enough!.

Back on mother earth!.!.!.we have to solve world poverty and we have to figure out a way to take away the enormous power the rich have in deciding things!. And we have to rethink religion, philosophy, and the role of culture!. And we have to figure out some why to make our 'selves' more at home in the world!.

And then that technical and scientific stuff will flourish, right!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
