You can't change the past and the future is just fantasy!. There's no point in worrying about it if you can't change it!.

Of course, if you've hurt someone with something you've said you should apologize but only if you really mean you're sorry!. Otherwise don't say anything!.

I can't say I regret anything!. But I sometimes wonder how things would have gone if I did or didn't say something!. But I don't stress over it since I can't change anything anyway!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Probubly things i havnt sed, unles it caused something really awful!. but normally if im unsure i dont do it, and then i regret it because i wish i had!. you never know what will happen until you try, so if i dont then i end up wishing i knew what would have happened!. but it's kinda different with things you do, because the consequences tend to be higher and more troubling!. yh, i regret not saying many things!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Wrong decision : Speak up only with your true & dear ones!. In real life we make alot of wrong dicisions knowing & unknowingly!. I made a lot of wrong decisions in my lifetime!. But I learnt lot of good things from them & became more wise!. In life you have to deal with complex situations when makeing decisions is essencial & a must!. I would have to say I regret, anything that I said, that hurt someone, will fully or otherwise!. After all, I did say it after due thought or lack of it!. It's over and that's undermining my intelligence and my abilities!.
Things I didn't do, does not matter as much, since it could have been good or bad to others or me!. I can live with that and make up later!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

For me, I'd have to say things I've said!. I wear my heart on my sleeve!. I have always been open with my feelings, and have always been able to tell those I love, how I feel about them!. But sometimes, I speak before I think, and have said things that I regret!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Both really, but if i Had to pick one or the other, i think it would be, things i hadn't said, because, you may never get the opportunity again to say them!. At least if you have said them, even if you kinda regretted it, at least you could try and put it right!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
