Since English is not my language, I failed to understand the meaning of "giving coins off your eyes" indeed!. Did yo mean, that you would sacrifice your 'eyes' instead to cross a ferry!? To tell you frankly, as a Bangladeshi (person from Bangladesh), I do frankly speaking, you won't need to give anything to any of us if you really needed to cross a ferry, until that ferry were Govt!. ones! We're so hospitable indeed, truly admitting, come & try!. Not only that, you'll be given sandwich FREE (though, sandwich is supposed to be a "pithha"---I mean, a cake-like something to feed you indeed, if we find you hungry!.)Www@QuestionHome@Com

Sorry no, because I'm not the Ferryman/woman so if I take your coins & try to steer the boat, I'll end up in the same boat as you, then we'll have to ask someone else to ferry us across, but then once again, they too may not be the Ferryman/woman & we're back to square one!? Guess you better bring more coins, & due to inflation & the economy, I'd say we use Canadian Toonies or Loonies!?
