Is heterosexuality a choice!? I think that people come wired a certain way, and are possibly influenced by sociological factors (nature vs!. nurture)!.

All the gay/bisexual friends I've known haven't chosen to be who they are!. That is, people who genuinely find the same or both sexes attractive!.

I've known people who engaged in homosexual behavior (say a threesome) while defining themselves as straight, so I guess that's choosing homosexual BEHAVIOR!.

Good Question!. I believe that a person can be born homosexual but also a person can choose!. I also know of people changing sexual preferences!. It is also a hard question but if you look at it this way, you always have a choice even if someone is holding a gun to your head you still have a choice!. also every action has an equal and opposite reaction!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You don't choose to be homosexual or heterosexual!.!.!.You're just kind of born that way!. Im sure if it was a sexual orientation was a choice, some homosexual people would choose to be heterosexual because of obvious reasons I dont want to mention!.

No!. I am now convinced after witnessing severely LD children attracted to members of the opposite sex!. These particular children had virtually no communicative abilities, and probably have very little understanding of sexual orientation, yet somehow "know" what they like!. I can very easily see it the other way!. My verdict is that if someone comes into the world practically unable to communicate, yet very clearly displays attraction to a certain sex (no matter if it's the same or opposite)- that proves that it is innate!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
