I express my personal being through gardening!. I love nature as it draws positive energy to me!. I feel relax when i can arrange a beautiful lanscape capitalizing on my imagination!. I am at best when i am inspired and feel the joy of life!. When i am in excitement i can easily think with great imaginations!. I could plan out htings easily wether it is a work of art or in writing too!.

Playing a type of instrument!Like for me i play the piano to express myself!. It brings peace to my soul to hear the melody that comes from my fingertips when i play!.
Drawing and painting or making collages are also great ways to express yourself!.
Like get a non-spiral notebook and cut pictures out of a magazine of your liking and paste them on the notebook cover!. Its really beautiful and easy!.
It's like looking at the notebook of ones heart!. =]

I try not to!. I force myself to not show any moods through body language unless I wish to mislead someone!. I give mixed signals when I announce that I feel happy because I am sad!. I usually express myself thru my art!. But I have to find myself before I finalized my self-expression!. I'll tell you what I am once I find itWww@QuestionHome@Com

I find I am able to express myself far better in writing than I am with the spoken word!.
