I would hope that I would be awake and conscious so that I fully experience it, and realize that I am dying and able to experience the 'crossing over'!. I think this is why, in Tibetan Buddhism for example, one takes a few minutes out of every day to contemplate your own death!. I think most people would, if they had a choice, choose a death that is not painful, though I don't see how it really matters!. Personally, I hope to be awake and alert to realize what is happening to me!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

This isn't in polls and surveys so I am going to answer it philosophically!. Your saying God is giving me the choice on how to die which would lead me to believe that He is Not God at all!. Some religions believe if you make the choice (technically suicide!?) your damned to hell!. (good thing I don't believe this line of thought)!. Secondly though, if this really was God, He would know the best way for me to go and for my spirit to learn/ evolve/ rise/ etc (insert your belief patterns here) and therefore would not need nor want my input!. I would choose to be completely unconscious in order to avoid any pain!. Maybe they could put me under anesthesia and then blow out my brain stem, or something else completely painless!. If God have me a choice of simply not existing forever (i!.e!. no hell or heaven), I'd take it!. BURN!? NO WAY! I couldn't stand the pain, but neither would i pick to die in my sleep becuase then I wouldn't be able to say goodbye!. Something painless where I had over a month of life left in which I could do and say everything which I never got round to doing so then, and only then, God will let me die!. i would want to die at the age of 55 (dont wanna get to old because life gets dull after a while)!. i want to be naked and drunk partying with friends and having a blast!. maybe if i die suddenly of a heart attack!. or i wanna die of a heart attack banging a hot chick!. the world is gonna end december 12, 2012 any way, when the ancient mayan calenders says it will!. and even if it doesnt end then, it will end in 2029 when an astroid scientists have found colides with earth!. and if the astroid misses us, scientists have also found that the suns gravitational pull will circle it around and it will hit us 6 years later!. im seriously not making this up!. research it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

you know life comes at you from many angles!. you could die anywhere anytime!. someone could come out and kidnapp you and torture you!. you could get shot or be burned alive!. but to answer your question i would rather die a fast sudden death!. i wouldn't want to feel the pain!. i want it to be fast so i don't have to feel anything!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
