Interesting question if you really did mean so! We all know the meaning of that English word "PROBLEM", right!? But it carries a lot of meanings in different places, to different persons, at different situations! I'll mention one interesting case: I don't have any problem to answer to your question, yet I say,"Sorry, I've a problem to answer you!" What does that mean!? :-)
1) I don't have sufficient knowledge to answer you & I want to hide it from you!
2) If I answer to your question correct & get 10 points as Best answerer----someone will be deprived from that 10 points! I don't want that! Rather I want to let someone get that 10 point!. Here my 'problem' is a kind of my kindness :-)
3) If I know the exact answer to your question, but I don't want to make you aware of that, then I use, "I've a problem!" Here 'problem' is my meanness!
4) A police officer after a dangerous & notorious criminal, whom I know well & know his whereabouts, yet I say to the officer,"Sorry, I've a problem with my office, so no time to help you!."---Here, 'problem' is my cowardliness!.

it means "there is something in life that i resist, that does not fit in my likes and dislikes, that does not fit my plan and i am not willing to see it as it is and therefore prefer resisting and denying it, even if it brings suffering, but at least i stick to my point and ego stays strong"!.!.!.
