No because people have the right to choose if they keep there childern because if they dont want kids and are forced to have them then they won't raise them well!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I am against abortion when it is used as quick fix, a way out to maintain life as it is!. The unborn child has the potential of being a 'productive' human, of being a good and honorable person, a life that is cut short in a selfish desire have life stay 'good'!. If the parents selfishly goes out and gets pregnant, using contraception or not, and then uses an abortion so as not to be weighed down by a child I find that to be incomprehensively wrong!.

When an abortion is used in a medical situation, ie!. the child is too young to be born but the mother will die if an abortion is not carried, then it is medically justified and I have no problem with it!.

Finally, if an abortion is considered for a situation where if the child was born then is quality of life, either through medical or socio-economic reasons, will be too poor, for example a teen mother with no job and parents/Childs father who have abandoned her with no means of providing for the welfare of the child, then it is border line!. In this situation I believe that the case must be considered very carefully and the decision weighed by evidence and not just emotion alone!. It is this situation that I believe that if an abortion is carried out it is blood guilt upon the hands of the society in which the mother lives with a small guilt being on the mother for the pregnancy if it was through the mothers own actions!.

I support abortion, in the womb the baby is in a state of complete oblivion!. It cannot perceive death as we do!. I mean, if someone came today and told me I had to die, I would obviously be agitated and overwhelmed, become defensive and stuff but you don't get that with a baby!. If you know you cannot support the child and give it a good standard of living, abort!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

unless in extreme cases like the death of the mother or the child would have medical issues that wouldn't be worth living for if born, or was going to die soon after birth anyway, than i can understand and sympathise is but in most conditions, even rape or incest, I understand, but I could never kill a child inside me, even if they do not know it, but I agree every mother has her own choice, even if I do not generally agree with abortion, if abortion is internationally banned, or made completely accepted, I would not know which to agree with, circumstances definitely apply but I really do still consider it murder to a life!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Personally, I am against abortion but then again, there are situations that can only be solved through it; like a 12 year old girl who was raped by her father and does not have a mature enough body to carry a fetus!.

Abortion to me is a personal choice!. Yes, I am a Catholic and my religion preaches to go against it!. However, I deep down believe that God is above all religions and will have his final say!. I imagine that he gave us free will to make our own choices or else there would be no use to have created us!.

Thus with this free will, he gave us a right to chose our path!. Pro-choice!

I believe that pro-choice is more flexible than pro-life in that it gives one the ability to allow a fetus to live or die!. For religious fellows, pro-choice tests one's judgment!. If you really believe in the religious anti-abortion claim, then it shouldn't be so difficult to allow a fetus to live!.

Rather then ban abortion, our country needs to educate its people more on the subject!. With more education, people are more likely to make a healthier choice and thus prevent rash abortions or promote much needed ones!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
