You have to learn to make decisions and stick to them!. This requires that you have a standard to compare things to!. You need a sense of right and wrong that you can apply to your life!. (Not saying you don't)!.
This is what they call philosophy, I guess, but you gotta have one!.
Internal conflicts can usually be solved by asking yourself "why do I want this" and telling yourself the truth no matter how much you don't like the answer!. (Are you being selfish!? Spiteful!?)
Once you do that, decide to do the right thing, even if your selfish self wants to do something else!.
Think of the BIg Picture!.!.!.the welfare of others is just as important as your own!.
Sometimes you just have to pump the brakes!.!.!.things may look different soon, without your help, so learn to be patient!.
Most problems will solve themselves if you let them!.
And it gets easier with practice, don't worry if it seems hard at first!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Sometimes I stifle them, sometimes I express conflicting intentions!.

At one time, when I had feelings and thoughts that were overwhelming, I started carrying around a little rubber ball!. When I took it out of my pocket, alone, I could feel my devastating emotions!. When I put it back in my pocket I acknowledged it was there, but suppressed it!. I am told this device does not work for women, though I don't understand why!.
