The Only Perfection is Death!. I personally believe human being are obsessed with perfection, because no ones ever want to be not perfect so they become obsessed with the idea of being perfect!. Only becoming more depress, and less perfect!. You Should not be obessed with perfection, make goals and live to accomplish it, but if life threw obstacle at you along the way make small detour, and continue on the right track!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think it has come from our ancestors, and no not that far back, not monkeys, I'm talking about cavemen!. Everyone wants to compete and be the best!. Nothing is "just a game"!. have you ever heard a winner say that!? no, only loser's say something's just a game!. Everyone wants to be on the top, and that's why i think they're obsessed with perfection!.

It is in our nature, because we were created by God, he is perfect, & we have a free will, we can do good things, we can do bad things, & a bit of that creative urge is inside all of us as well!.!.!.IE: (Human cloning ideas, animal cloning) Saving the environment or distroying it, helping to heal the sick, or trying to hurt or kill people etc!.!.!.Plus, it is our nature to sometimes judge others through are own perceptions!. which are not perfect!
We are the most intelligant species of all of God's creation, we have free will to do right & wrong!.!.None of God's other creations have the intelligence, nor the free will!.
We human's are the highest of the food chain!.!.!.Which means we can be ignorant sometimes!.
We can create life, we can toy with nature, we can distroy our world!.!.& in that ignorance we get carried away!.!.!.Thus we sometimes think we are perfect like God!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

maybe because people just wanna be good at everything so they can brag about it!.
in other cases maybe they just wanna do everything perfectly!.

I beleive
that there is no such thing as perfection!
I think people who try to be 'perfect' just have a thought of how things should be in their opinion!
Perfection in one person's eyes could be imperfection in another person's!.!.ya know!?

People want love and acceptance!. The thought is if one were perfect in all instances!.!.!.!.surely everyone would love me and everyone would accept me!. So the strive to get that acceptance causes the obsession for perfection!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Because they fear that beneath the surface of it all they do not measure up and they want to fend that feeling off! I guess another way of looking at it is a fear of failure!.
