I believe that was the state of matter, before the matter became matter before the big-bang!.

1) Most people when they think of nothing, think of an absence of things!.!.!.!.

2) They limit themselves to the absence of things rather then just principles!.!.!.

3) To me principles(Scientific or otherwise) are eternal were never created, have always existed, and I believe will always exist!.

4) To me these invisible('nothing') principles is what formed visual matter to come into existence!.

5) Think of the equation ( -5 + 5 = 0 ) lets say something acts on this equation to turn nothing into the numeral one; e!.g!. ( -5 + 6 = 1 ) some force or principle (intelligent or otherwise) decided to become greater then itself; and thus turned from the status quo 'nothing' into 'something' !

6) Zero or Nothing, according to Crowley isn't merely the absence of material or force or principles but is a dynamic equilibrium of opposing opposites ( e!.g!. -5 + 5 = 0 )!.!.!.

At some stage in our development we ask what if there were nothing!. We worry because such a state would persist
indefinitely if it ever existed!. We then worry whether things
could become nothing because we know that something will not come from nothing but it is possible for nothing to result from something in some sense!. But we can be assured that never was there a time when nothing existed since then, not even the possibility of things would exist, and there would be nothing here now!. This is quite reassuring as never was something not here!. Our only problem then is whether things
can collapse into nothingness either gradually, or very
quickly!. If you don't believe in the final purposeness of the universe there is no point in fretting about it's final destination!.
If you do believe in final causality then you may take comfort
in a final plan for all that is, while appreciating that you may be a component of this plan, since otherwise there is no point in giving you a glimpse or even a notion of finality!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

i don't think that's hard to comprehend at all!. it's only hard for someone to understand if they think that their existence is necessary and thus all the things that make up the universe that enables their existence are necessary!. if you realize you are not the center of the universe though, it's quite easy to comprehend nothingness!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If there was nothing, there would be nothing!. Your question isn't so much a question, as a statement!. What if there was nothing!?

In a way you can rephrase your question this way " if there was no intelligence at all in the Universe who will appreciate its wonders!? But there is us and we do; or at least a great many of us do!.
