to overcome physical pain it is as simple as mind over matter!. You must convince yourself you are not in pain!. Sort of like a self induced placebo!. You can practice by doing something like taking a cold shower and mentally ignoring the cold!. Gradually move up to harder pains to overcome!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

pain doesnt really exist in the firts place, our brains make it up to tell us that somethings in danger, now if you can block the brain signals giving you pain, then you got it!.

pain is only a feeling, like emotions, you can block feelings!. its only in your head!.
when you overcome yourself and take full control of yourself, then only can you overcome pain, yoga and meditation helps
