What truly makes me the happiest, causing out of control joyous tears is when I encounter another who "gets it"!.
Meaning!.!.!. they have a enlightened moment in their conscious evolution to their purpose of existence!.

What gives me happiness is moments of witnessing or experiencing child-like innocence of evolving consciousness!.!.!. eg: a childs curiousity evolving to knowledge, even if it comes in the form of a smile!.

What gives me pleasure & happiness is "living in the moment" & enjoying whom ever or what ever is with me at the time, & appreciating it just as it is!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Right now, cleaning my pool!. I wish I could explain it, since cleaning my pool is a thankless job (pool stays green, nobody swims in it, waste of time, money and chlorine,) but somehow, I feel my best when I am working on the pool!.

Go figure!.

When do I feel the worst, when I am helping homeless people for minimum wage, or when I am driving guys around in my car taking them to A!.A!. meetings!. Those are supposed to be the rewarding parts!.

Or watching a movie, eating a good meal!. I hate it!.

Playing tennis and keeping fit make me very happy!. No matter what is going on in life when I step on to a tennis court none of it affects me!.
