"pain is inevitable, suffering is by choice" i dont entirely agree with that!.!.but you can minimise it!.!.!.by reducing the amount of time spent on though of your current plight!.!.!.i believe you should endure your pain as simply and as quietly as you can, because it shapes you!.!.and by so doing, your suffering diminishes over time, until you have finally overcome itWww@QuestionHome@Com

The task is to learn to live with suffering, yours and the sufferings of others!. It is easy for me to live with the suffering of others because their pain is not my pain, so, knowing their pain is as great as mine I do all I can to help, like never passing a beggar by in the street without donating some of my wealth!. As for me, I am a coward, and when mental pain breaks down the door I pray to all the Gods for help, My final prayer will be to my final doctor asking him to administer the pain killers I will surely scream for!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Dispassionate thinking, quiet observation, detachment from materialism (and to an extent-reality as one perceives it), understanding that externalizing (through things like friends and sports) is generally a very harmful practice, reading what you like, doing as you choose!.

I think getting the hell out of the US is also important!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
